Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Toxly as a content safety API, dashboard, and Discord moderation tool.
Service
Toxly provides a content safety API, dashboard, project policies, API keys, usage views, logs, support, billing, and Discord moderation tools.
Toxly may classify content, score risk, and return decisions such as allow, warn, review, block, mask, or escalate. Results are technical risk signals and not legal advice.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for protecting API keys, sending data lawfully, informing their users where required, configuring policies, and deciding how to act on moderation results.
API keys must not be exposed in frontend code, public repositories, screenshots, support tickets, or logs.
Limits, availability, and billing
Projects have monthly limits, rate limits, API key limits, and plan limits. Toxly may reject, throttle, or block requests when limits, security controls, or abuse protections apply.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Business and Enterprise terms may be agreed separately.
Suspension and deletion
Toxly may suspend access, revoke API keys, or disable projects for abuse, security risks, payment issues, legal violations, or material risk to other users.
Customers may delete projects and integrations. Sensitive deletion flows may require email confirmation.
